We are a club of enthusiastic members who are all passionate about American Classic Cars, Hot Rods and Pickups.
Among our members’ rides we have all the major American car manufacturers represented – see some of the cars on the Club Cars gallery.
One of the requirements to have a car in the 60 day Registration Scheme is that you must be a registered member of a club that is participating in the scheme. Californian Cruisin Inc. is a participant in the scheme.
It is a requirement of our constitution that members who have a vehicle on Historic or Classic registration, attend at least 3 events per year. Failure to abide by the constitution will void membership and as such NSW registration.

Monthly club runs
We are a very active club with monthly club runs on the second Sunday of every month (Sunday Cruisin’) in the area of Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter. The run always includes lunch in some format, sometimes in a café or a pub and sometimes picnic-style catered by us.

We actively post information on our Events page about other car-related shows and events to keep members informed. These sometimes form the basis of the main Sunday Run or smaller group runs. See us on Facebook as well.
Club meetings
We have club meetings to notify the club members about any issues that they require to know about and so are able to participate in the decision making towards outcomes. These meeting take place on the first Monday of each month at Toronto Diggers Club starting at 7.00 pm. We normally arrive at 6.00pm and have dinner before hand.
Many of our members enjoy Rock & Roll dancing. Don’t forget “You’re never to old to Rock & Roll”.
Associate member
To be an Associate member you need to be ‘an admirer’ of American Automobiles / Street Rods.
Honorary member
Honorary membership enables you to attend three runs or club meeting before applying for and being considered for Full or Associate membership.
Full member
To be a full member you must own a registered American Automobile or a Street Rod*.
* as defined by the Australian Street Rod Federation

Any American Automobile manufactured in the USA .
Any Classic vehicle of American origin manufactured or assembled in another country other than Australia but not built expressively for sale in Australia through Australian Car Sales Companies.
Any type of street rod as recognised by the Australian Street Rod Federation.
Membership is $50 for the first year
and subsequently $40 annually, due 1 July of each year.
